Class Levels ...

​Grown up & Me                               
Ages 2-4.  Just starting out and new to a class structure?  Still need the presence of your grown up in the room?  Adults are welcome to join in or sit on the sidelines and watch whatever your dancer needs.  
Creative Ballet 1      
Ages 3-4.  For the young dancer ready to be independent of their grownups that wait in the parent room during class and ready to begin their journey in independent learning.  This is a Ballet Based Creative Movement class

Creative Ballet 2
Ages 3-5.  Dancers that have taken classes independently before such as Creative Ballet 1, preschool, gymnastics etc. and are ready for a little harder dance combinations while still enjoying the Creative Movement structure and lots of dancing fun!

Ballet/Tap Combo 

Ages 3-5. Not sure if Ballet or Tap is the way to go?  Try both!  Class starts with Creative Movement based ballet and moves into beginning tap for the second half of class.

Pre-Ballet (30 minute)

Ages 4-6. Beginning Ballet class with a short introduction to the barre and an introduction of Basic Ballet terminology.  This class still incorporates Creative Movements aspects when center and across the floor.  


Pre-Ballet (45 minute)
Ages 4-6.  This class follows the format of an actual Ballet class with a short barre, exercises center and across the floor before we use our creativity for some end of class fun and games.  The class is introduced to the history of Ballet and French terminology. 

Ballet 1 (45 minute)
Ages 5-7.  Dancers begin demonstrating Ballet technique to execute Beginning Ballet steps.  Posture and Placement are beginning to be introduced as well the introduction of "turnout" and physically appropriate stretches to increase flexibility

Ballet 1 Extended
Ages 6-8.  For dancers that have take at least 1 year of Ballet 1 45 minute class, but are quite ready physically to move up to the demands of Ballet 2.  Dancers continue to build on their knowledge of steps and terminology and begin to learn "spotting" in preparation to adding turns 

Ballet 2
Ages 7 & up.  Intermediate class level.  A focus on learning our steps with proper technique to avoid injuries later on and to build on muscle memory.


Ages 8 & up. Dancers begin taking classes 2 or more times a week.  Progress is visible to observe month to month as dancers grow in their mastery of their muscles and flexibility increases.  

Drop In Adult Ballet

Never to late to start dancing, or get back into it after years of being an "adult".  Exercises can be modified for individual physical abilities.  Two different days offer different levels of classes - Beginning and Intermediate

Drop In Sewing and Craft time 

Have a secret project you are working on or don't have your own sewing machine or cutting machine?  Come sew with us!  There will be sewing machines, sergers, a cricut, Sizzix and basic sewing supplies for use.  Lots of room to lay out patterns and cut fabric.


Ballet & Boot Camp

Want to work out but need to keep the little ones busy as well? Drop them off at the studio for a Creative Ballet class followed by some fun games and activites while you take class at FitBody Solutions down the block from 10-10:45.  Register for Fitbody class at
